The Orcas Island Community Foundation is pleased to announce the opening of the application period for the spring GiveOrcas campaign. From Feb. 4 through Feb. 27, Orcas Island nonprofit organizations are invited to submit grant proposals for consideration.

GiveOrcas is more than a grant program — it’s a communitywide initiative designed to raise awareness of local nonprofits, fund critical projects and strengthen the programs that help Orcas Island thrive. Success is driven by collaboration between OICF, island nonprofits and the broader community, uniting to support impactful local initiatives.

This campaign offers nonprofits the opportunity to refine their plans, secure essential resources and bring important community projects to life. Eligible applicants include 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) organizations, government agencies, schools and public service groups.

Application materials will be available on the OICF website starting Feb. 4 at www.oicf.us. The deadline to submit applications and required documents is 5 p.m. on Feb. 27. The spring GiveOrcas campaign will run from May 6-15. For questions, contact Grants Manager Lynn White at lynn@oicf.us.
