Orcas Christian School to host “Test Drive” day for interested students

Orcas Christian School is hosting a "Test Drive Day" on Monday, May 9 for students and parents interested in the school. "This is a day where we invite other students to come and hang out with us in the classrooms to see what a day is like at OCS," said principal Tom Roosma. "If you know of students that have been curious about OCS, this is a great day for them to attend and see what it's all about." A free hot lunch is available at noon on Test Drive Day for all students and visitors.

A free hot lunch is available at noon on Test Drive Day for all students and visitors.

During Test Drive day, current OCS students also bump up a grade. Current kindergarten students will spend the day as first grade students, joining the Primary Room. Current third grade students will become 4th grade students and attend Mr. Slavens’ class for the day. Current 8th grade students will join the high school for the day.

“The day is buzzing with excitement!” said Roosma.
