Orcas Christian School Saints go to Walla Walla

The Orcas Christian School Saints have made their way to Walla Walla University to play in the annual Fall Classic, a soccer and volleyball tournament featuring 22 different teams from the U.S. and Canada. Many of the teams that are present are currently the best in their respective leagues.

The Orcas Christian School Saints have made their way to Walla Walla University to play in the annual Fall Classic, a soccer and volleyball tournament featuring 22 different teams from the U.S. and Canada. Many of the teams that are present are currently the best in their respective leagues.

The Saints start off pool play on Thursday, Oct. 6 in the afternoon with Frasier Valley Academy and Parkview Academy. Each team will get reseeded for another round of games Thursday afternoon. On Friday, Oct. 7, they will begin tournament play and Saturday will end with each team playing one game a piece for placing.

“This is one of the best tournaments I have been a part of,” said Coach Breezy Davis. “I helped run it at Walla Walla University as a member of the volleyball team and now I get to be a part of it as a coach.”
