This summer’s library fair at the Eastsound Village Green on Saturday, Aug. 13 will include a silent art auction of works provided by local artists.
“If you have always wanted to own an artwork by Heidi Lindberg, Frank Loudin, Joe Floren or Glenna Richards, here is your opportunity,” organizers say.
The auction offers 100 items for bid, with 100 percent of proceeds to benefit the library. The art will be display at the library from now until Friday morning, Aug. 12, and will be moved to the Village Green by Saturday morning.
“Come enjoy the exhibit of wonderful paintings, photographs, prints and crafts which have been donated by the community,” organizers say.
Silent bidding will end on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
