Members and non-members are invited to the annual meeting of the Orcas Medical Center Foundation, the non-profit membership organization that supports the medical practice at Orcas Island Medical Center.

The meeting will be on April 28 at 4:30 p.m. in the Madrona Room at Orcas Center, located next door to the Medical Center.

“Everyone interested in medical care on Orcas Island is invited,” said Leslie Murdock, President of the OMC Foundation. “In addition to the President’s report and other matters of business, we will have a report by Anthony Giefer, MD, MPH, Medical Director of Orcas Medical Center, PLLC.”

There will also be a presentation by OMC Foundation Board Member Gregory Ayers, MD, PhD, entitled “To a More Efficient Orcas Health Care,” followed by guest speaker Dr. Larry Robinson, Vice-Dean for Graduate Medical Education, University of Washington School of Medicine.
