On Saturday April 4, from 1 to 4 p.m. KWIAHT (Center for the Historical Ecology of the Salish Sea) will hold its annual meeting at the Odd Fellows Hall to highlight its new citizen science program on Orcas, in collaboration with WSU Beach Watchers. Learn about plans for the Indian Island Marine Health Observatory as well as cutthroat surveys and other aquatic ecosystem studies and biodiversity surveys on Orcas.
