The Friends of the Library will hold their annual meeting Sunday, Sept. 20, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the meeting room of the Orcas Library. All FOIL members and anybody interested in becoming a member are most welcome!

Highlights of the meeting include our speaker, Mr. Rick Hughes. Mr. Hughes will also welcome a question and answer session at the end of his talk. Coffee, Tea and something cool will be served as well as platters of delicious chocolates.
