Skagit Valley College to offer free class about Tenants’ Rights

The Skagit Valley College (SVC) Paralegal Program and the Skagit County Community Action Agency (SCCAA) Volunteer Lawyer Program will offer a free legal education class about Tenants’ Rights on Wednesday, November 10 at SVC’s Mount Vernon Campus. A Spanish presentation will take place at 6:30 p.m. and an English presentation will take place at 7:30 p.m. Both sessions will take place in the Multipurpose Room, located in the Gary Knutzen Cardinal Center, and will be taught by Kelly Owen, Northwest Justice Project Attorney.
