I wanted to submit a message to those who have said that they believe that if their ballots were not totally filled out, their votes they DID vote on would be void.

It’s important that voters know that if they only have a passion about one question on the ballot or one candidate on the ballot, to chose just the ONE would count just as much as if they had filled the entire ballot out. This important bit of information would make a difference on how many participate in voting.
