When the call of a vehicle over an embankment came into Orcas Island Fire and Rescue on March 28 they responded with everyone. They were immediately concerned because of Nate Tyler’s tragic and fatal car over embankment accident.

They were greatly relived when they arrived to find the car off the less deep embankment side of the road and the driver uninjured.

The driver was taken into custody by the Sheriff’s Office when they arrived at the scene.
