Blackburn accepted into UW graduate school

Mackie Blackburn (Orcas High School, Class of 2012) will be graduating from the University of Washington this spring, and has been accepted into graduate school at UW where he will pursue a master's degree in computational linguistics.

Mackie Blackburn (Orcas High School, Class of 2012) will be graduating from the University of Washington this spring, and has been accepted into graduate school at UW where he will pursue a master’s degree in computational linguistics.

Blackburn’s family will be hosting a celebration in his honor on Sunday, June 12 at the family farm on Crescent Beach (the old haunted house with the owl in the window). Anyone who knows him is encouraged to drop by in the late afternoon, any time after 4 p.m. Bring your musical instruments.
