There is a very special show hanging at Washington Federal for the month of June.

After hearing that the scheduled artist could not hang her show, bank employee Lisa Boyd decided to share some of her own collection.

“I have always said that one of the best things about working at Washington Federal is the monthly local art shows,” Boyd said. “In almost 29 years of working here I have been privileged to see a lot of art and meet many fine local artists. In the month of June you will see a sampling of local art that I could not live without. Over time they made their way home with me after hanging on the walls at Washington Federal.”

The bank is located at 35 Main St. in Eastsound and is open Mon-Friday from 9 to 5 p.m.
