Washington State Ferries reminds travelers to prepare for heavy traffic on all ferry routes during the upcoming Memorial Day weekend, Thursday, May 26 through Monday, May 30.

“Ferry riders should note schedule adjustments for the holiday weekend and consider traveling outside of peak times to avoid the longest waits at the terminals,” says WSF representatives. “Customers should be prepared for waits of two to three hours or more heading westbound on Thursday evening, Friday afternoon and evening, and Saturday, and eastbound on Monday.”
