Orcas Fire and Rescue will host a 9/11 Observance on Thursday, Sept. 11 at 9 a.m. at the Eastsound Station. The community is invited to attend. The observance will include the National Anthem performed by Cali Bagby, followed by brief words of reflection. Coffee and light snacks will be served following the ceremony.
