This week at the drive-In movie theatre

Submitted by the Orcas Island Film Festival

The pop-up Orcas Drive-In Theatre will open again on July 3, showing another blockbuster film, “Jurassic Park” and on July 4 with Celebration Lazer Light Show with live music, food and film.

The Orcas Drive-In Theatre has been a roaring success so far with the first two shows selling out and attendees feeling grateful for a safe space for a night out as the coronavirus has everyone needing to keep their distance.

Tickets and reservations for “Jurassic Park” are $15/car and $20 at the gate if it doesn’t sell out. Space is limited so reserve early.

The July 4th Laser Light show is by donation but you must make a reservation for this as well. The evening is co-presented by the Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce. See this week’s ad. Everyone must follow and read the social distancing requirements laid out by Gov. Inslee listed on the event website.
