Asifa Pasin is starting a “Sew4ZeroWaste” club. Its first meeting is on Sunday, June 30 from 10 a.m. to noon at the annex in the Orcas Recycling Services/Exchange building. All levels welcome but space is limited. This first meeting will be a gathering to discuss what the project is all about, how they are going to do it and an opportunity for a hands-on experience for those who have never touched a sewing machine before.
