The Orcas Animal Protection Society is sponsoring a reception on Sunday, Nov. 17, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Orcas Center Madrona Room, to honor and thank Marsha and Bob Waunch for their many years of service to the shelter. The community of Orcas Island is invited to join us to recognize this hard-working couple for all they have done on behalf of all the dogs, cats and the people who love them.
