Professor Joseph Massey, founding director of the Center for International Business at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, will speak on “The Dragon and the Elephant: China, India, and Global Economic Leadership in the 21st Century.”

    The artwork of Deborah Heffley Jones will be on display at Washington Federal Savings in Eastsound for the month of February. The Orcas Island resident is sharing her Venetian plaster paintings on canvas, which include larger scale water-view landscapes as well as examples of bright and bold chromatic wall hangings. Jones is showing pieces at Christina’s Restaurant through the end of the month as well.
