To help Orcas residents restore health and improve their quality of life, nutritionist and personal trainer Gigi Carter announces My True Self will be opening a personal nutrition and fitness studio at 188 A Street in Eastsound on Jan. 2.
“I’m excited to have a space where I can work with islanders to help add more healthy years to spend with loved ones,” said Carter. “I have found with the right nutrition, physical activity and other lifestyle behaviors, many chronic conditions like early-stage type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, dementia and obesity can often be prevented, reversed or slowed.”
My True Self will offer one-on-one and duo personal training and nutrition counseling sessions. Clients can schedule a session for personal training, nutrition counseling or both through the website mytrueself.com, call 360-726-3188 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
