The American Legion celebrates 100 years with its Fourth Annual Pig Roast at 793 Crescent Beach Drive on Sunday, July 7. The event will feature two 135-pound pigs, and dinner is served from 5 to 8 p.m. The meal will include roast pork, applesauce, baked beans, corn on the cob, French bread, four different salads, a large assortment of desserts and a beverage, all for $20 for adults. Children 10 years and under enter for $10. Everyone is welcome as this is a membership drive. The auxiliary will draw the winner of a red and white quilt at the pig roast.
