“Did your New Years Resolution include getting a handle on your finances?” asks Financial Literacy and Prosperity Coach Betty Barats, MA. “Do you have a plan? Do you know how to change your financial reality?”
Barats is offering a series of three workshops at the Orcas Island Library to help islanders learn about financial literacy and prosperity.
On Monday, Jan. 30 she will speak on “Change Your Relationship to Money”; on Tuesday, Feb. 28, “Get Control of Your Debt”; and on Tuesday, March 27, she will lead “Develop Prosperity Consciousness.” Each workshop runs from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Pre-registration five days prior to each class will be $16; tickets are $20 at the door. A discounted price of $40 is available to those who pre-register and pay for all three classes by Jan. 27. All materials are included with admission. Seating is limited.
