Island Life on Orcas is presenting a Film Festival of Shorts at Sea View Theatre. Doors open at 6 p.m. and tickets are $12.
All are welcome to two special nights of Patagonia short films. Themes will explore conservancy, environmentalism and activism. Food and beverages will be available, and all ticket sales go to the SeaDoc Society and The Exchange. Every ticket will be entered for a chance to win a gift certificate to Island Life.
The films on Friday, May 2 are: “Undammed,” “Tom: The friend fish deserve,” “Corazon Salado” and “A Salmon Nation.” The films on Saturday, May 3 are: “Why Recycled?” “A NetPlus,” “Blue Heart,” Unbroken Ground” and “A Shocking Story about Sandpipers.”
