“Waiting For MacArthur”: The Actors Theater of Orcas Island’s newest play is at the Grange on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All shows are at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 and are available at Darvill’s Bookstore or at the door.

Garden tour: “Orcas in Bloom” garden tour, sponsored by the Orcas Garden Club. All gardens are located along the southeastern side of Orcas Island and will be accessed from Olga Road or Point Lawrence Road from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are $20 and available at Smith and Speed, Driftwood Nursery, Darvill’s Book Store and at the Master Gardeners’ Farmers’ Market booth.

Book signing: “Another Day In Paradise“ Orcas author Jim Long will be at Darvill’s Book Store from 3 to 4 p.m.

Hip hop music festival: At Odd Fellows Hall from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m.; admission is $8, event open to all ages.

Yard sale: At Kaleidoscope from 9 to 1 p.m. All proceeds go to the childcare center. Accepting donations until Friday.

Garage sale: To benefit Pearl the horse. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Cayou Valley Stables in Deer Harbor.

Jim Page concert: The acclaimed singer-songwriter Jim Page will perform at 7:30 p.m. as part of Orcas Center’s Spotlight in the OffCenter. Tickets are $12.
