Orcas Center’s lobby gallery and Madrona Room will feature landscapes of all styles and media during August 2009 with the show “Our Vast Landscapes.”

If you have a tapestry, oil painting, drawing, sculpture, or photograph of a landscape – bring it in on Wednesday, July 29, from 10 to 2 p.m. at Orcas Center. Works for sale are encouraged.

Call Karen Speck at 376-2204 to say how many works you intend to exhibit so an art count can be tabulated before July 29.

An artists’ reception will be held on Friday, July 31 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Artists are encouraged to bring an hors d’ouvre.
