The Artworks is an artists’ cooperative founded in 1981 by a group of island craftspeople to showcase and market their wares.

Cafe Olga began as a small coffee shop created by Marcy Lund in the same building – a historic strawberry barreling barn dating back to the 1930’s. Over time the two businesses have developed into a beloved island institution for locals and visitors alike. Today the Artworks features over 45 Orcas Island artists and the Cafe, now owned by Bev and Bobby Olmsted, is renowned for Northwest fare and famous for its baked goods.
