We invite you to join us in support of the upcoming levy vote for the School District. This levy replaces the current levy, funding approximately 25 percent of our district budget, including everything from salaries to basic maintenance.

We invite you to join us in support of the upcoming levy vote for the School District. This levy replaces the current levy, funding approximately 25 percent of our district budget, including everything from salaries to basic maintenance.

The request is actually ever so slightly lower than the current rate (the current levy (2011) is 55 cents and the replacement levy (2013) will be 54 cents per $1000 of assessed property value).

A good school is the heart of a healthy community. OISD needs this funding to continue to thrive. Please vote “yes” for the levy.
