I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Orcas Island Community for your overwhelming support of our Technology Capital Projects Levy. You have proven time and time again that you are dedicated to OISD and the children of Orcas Island! Although final election results are pending, voter approval is holding steady at 69.14% thus far!

The passage of this levy reminds us of our community’s commitment to education and student learning. You have consistently expressed a desire to provide our children with the best educational foundation possible to ensure a bright and fulfilling future. You have also sent a powerful message to Orcas Island School District teachers and staff that you are strong supporters of the important work that they do each day.

I am proud to be a part of a community of advocates and supporters of high-quality education for Orcas Island children. Your generosity and faith in our school district are humbling. Thank you for your support of the levy and for always putting children first!
