Many compliments to the staff of Orcas Island High School’s “The Viking Voice.”

Along with clever teenage whimsy and satire, the serious pieces are usually well researched, thought-out, and written. In the latest edition, I especially enjoyed the “positives” of 2020, and Ellie Wright’s poem, “Humans.” Reading the poem, I found myself nodding my head in emphatic agreement—wise, insightful, beautiful!
