Please join leaders from OIHCD and Island Hospital on Thursday, December 17th from 5 – 6 pm. You will hear about their joint vision for the new, single clinic coming to Orcas in the spring of 2021. In addition to primary, acute same-day and after-hours care, Island Hospital’s model will include a close collaboration with all community partners, including Orcas Island Fire & Rescue.

Island Hospital CEO, Charles Hall, will provide an update on the transition plans and what to expect prior to the clinic opening. He will also take the opportunity to provide a COVID update and offer insights into what’s happening regionally. Chief Williams from OIFR has been working closely with Charles and his team to support a collaborative after-hours model and will be on hand to provide an update and answer questions.
