Curt Tronsdal, the owner of the barge used for the Deer Harbor fireworks display, has agreed to provide the same barge – free of charge – to the Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce for its annual July 4 fireworks show in Eastsound. The Chamber still faces new charges associated with providing an anchor buoy for the barge.
