Two men capsized their vessel at 2 a.m. on Friday, June 5, near Bellingham. The tide was outgoing towards the San Juan Islands, and locals are being asked to keep a look out for the men.

Shawn Mansfield, a 30-year-old Caucasian male, has blue eyes, is between 5’7” and 5’11” with sandy blonde hair. He has four tattoos: Washington on his inside-left arm, Northwest sessions snowboarding on the inner-right arm, grass growing on the outside of a foot, and a heart on an inner thigh. He is about 150 lbs and sturdy. Gunther Franklin, a 29-year-old Caucasian male, has brown eyes, is between 5’9”and 6’1”, with brown, shoulder length hair. He is about 145 lbs, and slender.
