On Sunday, Nov. 6, A-OK (Art for Orcas Kids) will host another fun-filled afternoon at The Clay Café from 2-5 p.m. at the high school art room.

A-OK is a program of the Orcas Island Education Foundation, which brings local artists into Orcas Island Elementary School and Orcas Island Middle School to provide art instruction to K–8 students. A-OK art classes are totally funded by grants, private donations, and events like The Clay Café.

You can support art in your school and have fun creating something beautiful by coming to The Clay Cafe! Choose a mug, bowl, tile, plate, vase, spoon rest, travel beverage tumbler and more, and paint it with the colorful glazes provided. Your designs can get as creative as you want! A-OK will fire the pieces and they will be ready for pick-up at the school in time for the Holidays.

People of any age can have fun at The Clay Café. Remember to bring family and friends. Eenjoy some yummy drinks and treats while you let your creative juices flow.
