Council Chair Rick Hughes and Planner Colin Maycock are hosting an open house on Wednesday, Oct. 29 to discuss the proposed changes to the Eastsound Subarea Plan that will shortly come before the planning commission. The community is invited to the talk from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Eastsound fire station.
