Stanley Duncan Tabor

Stanley Duncan Tabor, 59, of Chapel Hill, N.C., an Army veteran and member of the Special Forces as a Green Beret, died. He also was a deputy district attorney in El Paso County, Colo., and assistant U.S. attorney in Honolulu and Seattle.

He was born in Honolulu. Stan was the son in law of Wheeler Mannis, a long time owner of a home on Buck Mountain, where he spent most of his time. Stan and family visited Orcas often and had many friends here. He is survived by wife Anna M.; children Elizabeth, Julianna and John; mother Troy T. Bourret; brother James; and sister Lisa D. Emery.
