The season is off to a great start with high energy and passion that already gets me fired up! We are starting strong out the gates, despite the cold weather, with two weeks of practice then into non-league action against some tough teams.

We want to continue what we started in 2018 and really hit the ground running. We will be facing Mt. Baker, Meridian and Anacortes in March, which will set us up for a leagueopener against Friday Harbor at home in early April.

Our vision is clear and our mind is set to compete at the highest level and come ready to play during every opportunity. We have a solid returning core of students while adding some new faces to the mix that we want to get on the field during the season so we can continue to build a program for Orcas Island to be proud of.

Go Vikings! I hope to see everyone on the field to support these awesome student athletes as we compete for a district title and a goal of competing at state in May.
