Orcas sailors Dominick Wareham and Millie Kau took first place in the Ray Jarecki Youth Regatta held July 15-16 out of Deer Harbor. Wareham and Kau were in the FJ Fleet. Maggie Toombs grabbed third place in the laser radial fleet. The Orcas Island Yacht Club hosted the third annual event.
