I want to express my distaste for the Orcas Fire and Rescue staff calendar.

What kind of message does this send to our kids? Is this the way we want our beautiful island defined? I don’t think so!

Mrs. Bedell, I am disappointed if you think this is a proper advertisement for Orcas Island.

There are other ways to raise funds for the volunteer fire department.
