The Orcas Island School District will have pre-planning and scheduling updates for the bond and levy projects during an open house on Tuesday, March 6 at 5:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria.

According to school officials, “We have been busy working with our design team along with school administrators, interested school staff, and community groups on the preliminary schematic design of the Multi-Purpose/Music Room, Old Gym Modernization, the Track and Field and roadway improvements. A preliminary construction schedule, which has been developed to have minimal impacts to the school, students and community will be shared at this meeting. Please come and feel free to share your questions, ideas, goals and hopes for the projects!”
