We at Island Hardware take the health and safety of our loyal customers and staff seriously. Island Hardware has experienced its first positive test for Covid 19. This person has been in isolation since November 11th. We are in close contact with the Health Department and have been very cooperative with their contact tracing protocol. The Health Department has required Island Hardware & Supply to isolate the three employees that had potential exposure and are testing for COVID on Nov. 20th.

After further conversation with the health department, they are allowing us to remain open! Losing a third of our staff in one day is requiring us to reduce our hours of operation from 9 am to 3 pm! On a regular basis for the past nine months we have been sanitizing all surfaces that would come into contact with all customers and staff! If anyone has any hesitation to enter the store we are continuing our curb side no contact pick up!
