Orcas man accused of attacking a woman and her daughters with baseball bat

An Orcas Island man faces a trio of felony charges for allegedly using a baseball bat in an attack on an ex-girlfriend and her two daughters during an altercation two weeks ago at the woman's home.
On June 26, Joshua Matthew Holley, 32, was charged in San Juan County Superior Court with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, a Class B felony. If convicted on any of the three, he would face maximum penalties of 10 years in prison, a $20,000 fine, or both.
