“An Asian Vegetable Primer” will be the topic at the March 15 meeting of the Orcas Island Garden Club. Sue Burge, founder of Dimension Trade Company, will introduce the basics of Asian vegetables for the Western gardener. Burge will teach club members how to grow and cook Asian vegetables. She will also provide a selection of recipes.

The short program will be given by Master Gardener Anne May. May‘s talk will be on drip systems: the types, and how to install them.

The Garden Club meeting will start at 10 a.m. in the Orcas Center Madrona Room.
