What happens when the moon and sun are stolen from the sky? How will the animals resolve this problem?

Come find out when storyteller Will George shares myths about the natural world during “Stories of the Night” on Monday, Aug. 19 at 8 p.m. at the Moran Creek Hatchery at Cascade Lake.

George is a member of the Portland Storytellers Guild and his stories are suitable for all ages.

The cost is by donation to Friends of Moran to raise funding for the Moran Creek Kokanee Hatchery.

The hatchery is operated by volunteers, state park staff and donations. Friends of Moran is partnering with Long Live the Kings to retain a fish biologist, but they need help to continue the successful program.

Donations can be given at the event or online at www.friendsofmoran.com.
