Hypnosis classes by Virginia Erhardt, Ph.D.

Virginia Erhardt, Ph.D. a Licensed Clinical Psychologist certified in Clinical Hypnosis will offer a series of four weekly classes for adults from 6:30 to 8 p.m. each Thursday in February at the library.  The cost is $20 per person for the series of four classes.

From the first class, you will have the tools you need to induce your own trance, beginning immediately to practice self-hypnosis.  Classes will focus on issues of particular interest to participants, such as weight management, pain management, self-esteem and anxiety.
