The Orcas Center for the Performing and Visual Arts seeks applications for the position of Executive Director.

The Executive Director is the Center’s COO, responsible for financial management (annual budget of approximately $500,000), donor development, fundraising, staff and volunteer supervision, facility management and public and Board relations.

In addition to proven leadership, management skills and experience at creating effective teams, the successful candidate will have a passion for community involvement in the performing and visual arts. Knowledge of and a feeling for the Orcas Community would be desirable.
