The Policial Action and Civic Engagement (PACE) Action Team of the Orcas Women’s Coalition (OWC) presented a community-wide celebration of women on March 8, in honor of International Women’s Day.
From 3–5 p.m. at the Village Green, women speaker talked in front of a display of several inspirational women throughout history.
