Visit the Odd Fellows Hall on Saturday, Feb. 17, at 2 p.m. to learn about the Lummi Tribe’s vision for Madrona Point. Local photographer Peter Fisher will show a video clip about Madrona Point that aired on KOMO TV4 in 1989. Following the video, Fisher will present the Lummi Vision from documents dating 1987 through 1993. Then, canoe builder and Lummi cultural leader Dean Washington will talk about his ideas for what he would like to see happen at Madrona Point. Everyone is welcome to this event and admission is free.
