Gerry Baker needed surgery and, without insurance, racked up some incredible bills. She has given so much to our community through the community lunches on Tuesdays, food for families before the AWANA programs, performing music for a variety of events whenever needed, and helping out where ever any one needed a hand. Now we have the opportunity to give her a hand.

Friends of Gerry are putting on a benefit dinner on Saturday, Nov. 4 at the Orcas Island Community Church on Madrona Street in Eastsound.
