Eastsound was packed for the Orcas Chamber of Commerce’s annual parade on July 7. Woman in the Woods Productions and the Orcas Island Community Church tied for first place. The two runners up were Odd Fellows Hall and T Williams Realty. In the race for mayor, Noni the wiener dog won. The Orcas Island Children’s House raised a record-breaking $108,000 through the campaign.
