My heart warms when I hear the Navy Jets fly over my home in Olga. As we remember the 75th anniversary of Pearl Harbor and the many local residents who volunteered for duty, including my dad, I am deeply grateful for those who currently serve in our military. Most of the sound of air traffic over my Olga home is from Airlift Northwest, transporting patients to hospitals in Bellingham or Skagit County.
