Regarding the [Nov. 27, 2019] article about the 30,000-propane tank proposed for Seaview St. in Eastsound, I learned that San Juan County does not care about homeowner property rights. If you place restrictions on the PLAT Map and in your CC and Rs, the county will ignore everything and just follow their Service Light Industrial rules. Don’t assume if something is in writing the county will read it.
